Mr. Richard Hart has kindly provided this Volume of his
father’s Monthly Comments for publication on this website.
The Copyright for the material is reserved by the Hart
family, who have agreed that the material may be distributed free of charge for

Mr. Ansell Hart published Volume 1 of his Monthly Comments
in 26 issues over a two-year period. The first issue, namely Volume 1 number 1,
was published in October 1956 and the final issue of Volume 1 namely Number 26
was published in April of 1956.
